Financial Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst takes a prominent role in developing financial systems technology solutions that address the Investment Management business needs that support the investment research and analysis processes within the company. The Business Systems Analyst helps clients and department members conduct projects that adhere to the system development life cycle.

Principal Responsibilities
Gathers and documents business requirements and specifications. Works to understand internal client's business above and beyond the immediate requirements

Converts requirements into user stories, updates and creates functional specifications

Works with agile team and product owner to determine priority, scope and timetable for user requests

Acts as the liaison between the internal business groups and the development staff to ensure proper implementation of requirements within the expected timetable. Communicates any material modifications of the business requirements to the client

Provides application and production support to internal clients
