Your responsibilities will include:

 

 Conduct screening and training to candidates as per company requirements

 Training, Coaching, Grooming and Mentoring aspire candidates

 Training Need Identification, Analysis and Implementation.

 Customize and Design Training Contents, Performance Improvement Ideas, Facilitate and arrange Q & A sessions.

 Basic Personality Development- Soft Skills/Communication.

 As an on-going practice, monitor & conduct deep dive analysis on areas of opportunities within the account and implement corrective actions, to help achieve desired results

 To propose corrective/improvement solutions based on facts and data and implement and monitor improvement projects in the process.

 To Create and maintain knowledge base and up skilling of resources with change in the process.

 Focus on identification and highlight any/all compliance defects and recommend training or action plan.

 Plan & implement performance improvement plans.


Qualifications Required:

 

 7+ years’ experience in developing and architecting applications on Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Google web toolkit [GWT],JavaServer Faces [JSF] Grails, Vaadin, Blade, Drop wizard, Play

 Hands-on and expert knowledge working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript ,React, Angular
 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches

 Excellent organization skill

 Prior experience as trainer or a similar position

 Proven experience in screening candidates Skills

 Excellent Verbal and Oral communication

 Team Leading experience

 Performance reporting

 Organization skill
