Job Description:
- Reception Management
- Travel Management - Flight and Hotel Booking
- Vendor Invoice Scrutiny
- Coordinating with Third Party vendors for New Manpower requirement / Resolution of any escalation from branches
- Pest Control for Pan India locations
- Visiting Cards for Pan India locations
- Maintain courier details & prepare dispatch list
- Frequently update contact list of all employees.
- Prepare Authority Letter.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Female candidate preferred
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Presentable (Kindly share candidate's pic along with their resume)
- At least a graduate
- Excellent Excel Skills
