Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of web applications.
Develop scalable web applications.
Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers to understand requirements and deliver
solutions.
Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
Oversee the deployment process and manage production environments.
Advocate for new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
Experience:
Atleast 5 years of experience in full stack development.
Proficient in Node.js, Express, and React.js.
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
React JS:
Core React.js Proficiency (Components, JSX, Lifecycle, Hooks, Routing, Styling) , Redux Fundamentals,
State Management, Middleware, RTK, Integration with external Libraries
Node:
JavaScript expertise, Frameworks, Async Programming, API Development, Containerization &
Deployment, Microservice Architecture, Package Management, Database interfaces & ORM
