Description

Responsibilities

  1. with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers
  2. business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code
  3. the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommends / decides on appropriate designssolutions, writes code, performs unit testing, develops appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery

  5. or automates approaches to streamline and integrates technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Knowledge​

  1. years of Development experience preferably in the Contact Centre domain
  2. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business
  3. with NDF (Nuance Development Framework) or Genesys Composer
  4. with Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST APIs, Spring Boot, WebApp, JSP, Log4j, Junit, Mavendevelops, enhances and debugs Java based applications that support business units
  5. with Contact Centre software packages (Genesys Inbound, Routing, Reporting & Outbound, Nuance NDF)
  6. of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience
  7. the implications of various components (including technology strategy & architecture) to the overall design of a program, system, or eco-system
  8. of technical/business environment and processes
  9. functional aspects and technical behavior of the underlying operating system, development environment, and deployment practices
  10. Speech Recognition grammar development (GRXML) or any other chatbot or
