Full Stack (Sitecore) Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Design and implement new components or enhancements to existing ones.
•
Work with Sitecore Architect/Lead, and other Sitecore developers, analysts and deliver quality technical solutions.
•
Willing to develop Sitecore solutions following all possible guidelines and best practices.
•
Stay on top of technological advancements in Sitecore and the possible benefits that it can provide to team.
•
Be a positive influence and a contributing team member.
•
Participate in Agile ceremonies and other functional team meetings.
•
Provide accurate estimates for any future projects or requirements based on high level requirements.
•
Ensures all Key deliverables are done in a timely manner with maximum quality.
•
Understands the point of the exercise and feels comfortable making decisions and asking questions that advocate for the value – driving solutions.
•
Looks for and finds ways to improve operations
•
Coordination of code and data migration tasks
•
Operates independently on multiple project tasks:
o
Non-functional requirements for application specific components
o
Responsible for driving designs to ensure they align with architectural roadmap and can be adhered to within project schedule and budget
o
Participate in Peer Reviews of designs and code
o
Designs integrate and create a working overall design; identifies gaps, problems and dependencies between individual designs/systems
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.
•
Minimum 5-7 years of Development experience with at least 2 years in Sitecore and its ecosystem, comprising Sitecore, Helix, Habitat, Sitecore commerce, Personalization etc.,
•
Minimum 5 years of software development experience preferable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Java, C#, JQuery or similar technologies
•
Working experience in Sitecore Headless CMS, exposing components using custom API and Sitecore JSS framework.
•
Understanding development of React WebApps.
•
Exposure to SXA, Helix and Habitat principles, Sitecore commerce, Coveo for Sitecore, SOLR.
•
In-depth knowledge of Sitecore principles and working with templates, Renderings, Pipelines, Media library.
•
Good understanding of Azure deployments and CI/CD environments, GitHub and Azure Devops pipelines and deployment tools
•
Strong knowledge in SQL.
•
Experience in integrating Rest API/ SOAP etc.,
•
Experience working in an Agile scrum team
•
Strong interpersonal communication skills
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•
Good understanding of SDLC; development and testing methodologies
•
Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others
•
Ability to adapt to quickly changing business conditions.

Experience using Jira, Confluence.

Working in Sitecore Managed Cloud environment (PaaS)

Sitecore Certifications.
