5+ years of experience in Fullstack
50/50 experience between backend and front end desired. Leaning more heavily >= 50/50 towards backend is acceptable and more preferred than leaning towards front end.
Solid understanding of engineering best practices
Self-directed and motivated
Works well in a collaborative team and comfortable with pair programming
Experience in back end systems engineering and API development (>= 50% of the work)
Experience in front end SPA web development (< 50% of the work)
