Position Summary: We seek a highly skilled COUPA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with COUPA, a track record of handling production issues, and excellent troubleshooting skills. This role requires someone with experience working in Agile environments and possessing strong communication skills. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent tenure in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the COUPA platform to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  • Configure and customize COUPA modules according to business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all COUPA-related production issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve technical issues related to COUPA.
  • Provide root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions iteratively and incrementally.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Prepare and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on COUPA functionalities and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: COUPA certification or relevant training.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of procurement and financial processes
