Job Description
As an ERP Cloud SCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and optimization of ERP Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in SCM processes and ERP Cloud functionalities will be critical in delivering solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain Management processes, including but not limited to procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
Configure and customize ERP Cloud SCM modules to meet client requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to facilitate the adoption of ERP Cloud solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on SCM best practices, system optimizations, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in ERP Cloud and SCM technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into project deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, with a focus on SCM modules (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).
Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.
Proven track record of successful ERP Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certifications in ERP Cloud or SCM (e.g., Oracle Certified Cloud Administrator, SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
