Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a technical background in AI, Gen AI, cloud, etc.? Do you have a passion for agile delivery and collaboration? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Scrum Master who can join our team in Dallas, TX for a 9+ months contract. You will be working onsite from day one and need to be a local candidate. You will be responsible for partnering with product management and system architecture to deliver high-quality features and solutions for our customers. You will also be responsible for building and managing key artifacts and agile backlog items, driving cross-team and cross-functional teamwork, leading changes to features or components, and acting as a single point of contact for requests for the agile team’s support and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 8+ years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies .Experience in working with AI, Gen AI, cloud, or related technologies
Ability to create and maintain requirements documents, epics, stories, features, technical enablers, technical debt, release notes, etc.
Ability to motivate and facilitate agile processes and ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to prioritize needs, route requests to correct owners, and engage various agile teams as needed to facilitate communication
Ability to schedule regular refinement sessions and work with the agile team to estimate and break down epics into useful product backlog items
