Role Description:
5+ years of experience as a Genesys Cloud Developer or in a related role
Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture and services (API integrations, call routing, reporting)
Experience in developing IVR systems, call flows, and routing strategies
Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web service integration
Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and telecommunications technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Genesys Cloud Developer certification (preferred)
