Job Summary:
As a Genesys Developer the incumbent is expected to be a part of a team of 3 -4 members in the Contact Center domain(Genesys Pure Engage & Cloud), lead and personally contribute to solution delivery through SDLC activities (analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) for one or more medium to high complexity business capabilities and/or products
Role and Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys Engage solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Collaborating with offshore, onshore and the to gather and analyze technical requirements
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, including RCA and fixes
Staying up to date with the latest Genesys Engage product updates and industry best practices, recommending improvements and optimizations to enhance clients' customer experience
