Skills Required:
Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment
Should have performed Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation and configurations.
Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Nuance Speech Recognition, Genesys Voice Portal.
Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOAP, VXML and Voice Object
Genesys Certifications Preferred.
Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
Excellent analytical skills.
Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
