Design and implement Omni Channel (Genesys Email and Chat) services and blended with Genesys Voice functionalities
Analyze the on-premises IVR applications of Mexico market and documented the call flows of various toll-free number entries and sub modules
Implement the IVR call flow applications and API interfaces on ConneX (GAAP) IVR system, completed testing, deployment and troubleshooting
Design and implement the VoiceID biometric functionalities and integrated with the UCID rules engine, completed testing, deployment and troubleshooting for UK and US markets
Work with the service providers and went through the design of the program infrastructure and required user stories, and complete test cases and troubleshooting for UK and US market
