GIS Applications Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain GIS applications, integrations, and web map services across all platforms.
Provide expert leadership and technical support for GIS systems within the organization.
Manage and implement GIS solutions with advanced knowledge of ESRI tools and GIS technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and release custom GIS solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and follow change management procedures to ensure smooth migration of new solutions.
Work with IT Security and vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and up-to-date systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of senior-level GIS experience.
Expertise in ESRI tools, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with test-driven development and service level agreements (SLAs).
A bachelor’s degree in GIS, IT, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
