Description

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our growing Marketing team, based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities

● Understand the brief from the brand, growth and marketing teams and transform them to tangible designs

● Execute the ideation, planning, and execution of a variety of video production projects as part of the overall video marketing strategy.

● Work with the content marketing team, creative and studio team and serve as an executive on video content production and post-production processes, to integrate video content as an integral medium for our content marketing campaigns.

● Support in video mood board creation & color palette planning, storyboard & visual style, illustrations, and animation.

● Managing library of video assets.

● Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with creative Ideas and concept

● Develop innovative designs for the website, Digital Marketing, Emailers and illustrations as well as support any advertising / brand initiatives

● Knowledge of user-centered design principles to produce logical wireframes for Sales and Engagement event, stores and emailers

● Have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques and be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.

● Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's bes practices to maximize efficiency

● Develop an understanding of how to apply our brand aesthetics to motion graphics and video effects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

● 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations for creative agencies, other web companies or e-commerce industry

● Relevant experience in end-to-end storyboarding, video production and editing in a marketing team.

● Solid experience of Motion Graphics, compositing, editing and creative graphics

● Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

● Experience working in a revenue-driven marketing team is a plus.

● A portfolio of previous projects are a must.

● Creative thinker and excellent time management skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

● Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
