Graphics Designer

What You'll Do

Develop Nisum’s new corporate brand identity.
Create an entirely new design system, including the visual brand identity (VBI), corporate style guide, visual brand standards, and adaptations across all Nisum’s Business Units, subsidiaries (as needed and appropriate), media, and medium.
Educate the organization about the new design system and VBI.
Enforce the brand identity integrity and compliance.
Implement the new design system across a variety of media, such as, but not limited to, the website, digital identities, sales enablement tools, and internal communications.
Lead a team of global designers to ensure compliance of global branding standards across the organization.
Educate and mentor other designers and non-designers within the organization such that those individuals are able to design within the system in their own needs.
Create, manage, and maintain graphic libraries accessible for the entire organization.
Support other teams and BUs in their graphics needs, such as client-facing material for the Delivery team (i.e., proposals and presentations).
Participate in and contribute to a healthy, collaborative, positive, growth-oriented, and results-oriented culture of the Marketing team and for Nisum as a whole.
Work cross-functionally to ensure proper adaptation and compliance with the corporate brand identity (i.e., with web development team for website graphic redesign).

What You Know

A minimum of 5+ years experience in global branding, tone, voice, positioning, design and color hierarchy.
Should have experience working in brand design and different graphic pieces both in digital and printed format, desirable experience and audiovisual knowledge.
Has 5+ years of experience in designing strategic and complex corporate systems (not just individual elements).
Has formal or informal managerial and mentorship experience.
Must have excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud 6, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Must be professionally fluent in English, written and verbal.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is a must
