Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Work with business/IT team in gathering requirements, design solutions, resolving issues and providing support to Greenhouse software system

2) Resolve key issues within stipulates SLAs.

3) Design and configure any new requirements or changes.

4) Develop, deploy and test solutions and end-to-end business processes

Skills

1) At least 1 end-to-end project completed in Greenhouse,

2) Strong domain knowledge of business processes.

3) Prior experience in SAP Success factors implementation in Recruitment Management & On boarding

4) Should have deep hands on configuration experience.

5) Excellent communication skills
