Guidewire lead developer

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Guidewire Lead Developer located in Erie, PA. The Guidewire Lead Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Guidewire development, including designing, coding, testing, and implementing software solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Guidewire development, including Guidewire PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
Proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles
Experience with web services (SOAP and REST) and integration technologies
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience on guidewire cloud.( version 10.0)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
