Key Responsibilities

Facilitates audience data requirements conversations
Leads / supports campaign requirement sessions to develop an Audience Requirement Document
Documents and updates Business Requirements Document
Creates flow charts
Responsible for accuracy of audience data file produced
Provides forecasted audience volumes
Reviews technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns
Assists in research into campaign data inquiries
Supports request to investigate audience size and customer profiling
Creates or modifies audience selection by collaborating with key stakeholders
Leads team to implement request within marketing automation platform
Oversees campaign deployment to ensure build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data

Requirements

5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years experience on HCL Unica
Experience in other marketing automation/ marketing cloud platforms and digital marketing
SQL , MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Basic project management skills by collaborating with key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts
Subject matter knowledge on industry audience rules and analysis
