Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Help Desk Analyst at Comtech Global Inc. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, desktop computer assistance, customer support, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
Desktop Computers proficiency
Customer Support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools
