Key Responsibilities
Promotes a Lean-Agile mindset and exhibits leadership behavior, supporting and enforcing team rules
Helps the team to drive relentless improvement and progress toward goals
Support organizational predictability by forming high performing teams with predictable velocity
Hosts and facilitates Agile events & ceremonies
Supports the PO by assisting with techniques for effective backlog management
Works in tandem with Scrum Leads on other teams to improve overall organizational agility
Supports Managers by helping them understand teams capacity and
Key Accountabilities
Coaching team members on agile concepts and principles
Ensure agile events, including Sprint Planning Meetings, Daily Stand-up Meetings, Reviews and Retrospective are taking place
Sprint Metric Reporting
Update team members and create Sprints in GUS
Identify and remove impediments including at the team and organizational level
GUS  
Sprints created
Sprints confirmed
Team page is maintained with most current information
Reports and dashboards are updated and working properly
Sprint Wall Maintenance
Retrospectives created
