Job Description and Requirements

· Years of hands-on experience of building and operationalizing data processing systems
· Data analysis and Profiling
· 3+ years of HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) experience is a must.
· Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from the source system to FHIR data model.
· Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both proprietary and industry-standard formats (HL7)
· Able to map and implement data standards such as SNOMED CT, RXNorm, LOINC, UCUM, ICD, CPT, CVX, etc
· Understand the “dirtiness” of clinical data and seek out ways to improve conformance and quality.
· Solicit, clarify business level requirements and analyze data requirements.
· Good SQL experience is required for data analysis
· Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and EHR standards.
· Design and ongoing monitoring of performance and quality reports for FHIR Products.
· 2+ years’ experience working with data platforms (Data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS)
· Must have working experience with the clinical data

Preferred Qualifications:

· GCP (google cloud platform) experience
· 3+ years of experience working on healthcare / clinical data
· Data analysis / Data mapping skills
· Python
· Cloud Data flow/Data proc/Function
· Whistle map SDK
