Enshored is seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner Manager who will work closely with the Operations and Support Team, and provide assistance to the Executive Team. This is a high impact role and will offer a great opportunity for fast career advancement in a high growth BPO environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and guide the HR Business Partners to ensure effective collaboration and support with operation, department and stakeholders. Ensure consistent touch base and alignment with program leaders;
Collaborate with program managers, support departments, and specialized groups to assess needs and strategies that concerns HR-related data, insights and recommendations. Assist in providing guidance and support in projects, initiatives and to achieve overall business and client goals.
Leads the design, development and administration of projects, programs and initiatives to improve HR process and policy compliance, increased employee engagement and productivity;
Perform manpower forecast to ensure full HRBP support coverage to all sites operations;
Perform budget planning, recommendation and analysis for HRBP related initiatives, activities and expenses;
Evaluate and provide recommendations and insights on critical business decisions concerning labor and employment;
Strong familiarity with labor laws and similar legislations. Provide advice and facilitate high-risk dispute resolution and critical disciplinary decisions. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Represent the company to DOLE for labor-related disputes and concerns;
Review policies and contracts. Ensure processes are compliant with current labor laws and as much as possible amplify best practices. Consistent compliance with government reportorial requirements and documentation.
Prepare, audit and present critical HR Reports such as Attrition, Attrition Drivers, Discipline, Performance, etc. which may be requested by the Executive Management Team. Analyze data to provide recommendations and insights aligned to program and organizational goals;
Facilitate and improve people partnership initiatives such as New Employee Orientation, Focus Group Discussions, Crash course and other learning discussions to promote positive employee experience;
Research, conceptualize, develop, & implement Human Resources projects or initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement and retention;
Attend any tasks and report as requested by the Sr. HR Manager, Director or Executive Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Key Skills:
With strong background in Labor and Employee Relations
Above average writing and verbal communication
Background in all HR facets is an advantage
Strong Analytical Skills
Data Management/ Data Accuracy
Preferably has experience in BPO Setting
Amenable to working on a shifting schedule especially night shift
Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
Proven experience at developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Engaged in facilitation and training skills
Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first time
Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
5-8 years HR Leadership Experience
Language Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
