HR Operations Associate
We are seeking to hire an HR Operations Associate to join the APAC Talent Services team. This role is not just about providing operational support to HR. We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers who can apply their skills and constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various channels. Optimizing the delivery of our services is key to delighting our customer base and partners
.Essential Job Functions
Provide support to Client’s employees by responding to employee queries via a case management tool, in line with established SLAs
Ensure maximum employee satisfaction by ensuring interactions with employees are precise and timely in response to their inquiries
Acts as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from other HR partners
Administration and management of employee related documentation, including verification of employment and new hire documentation
Escalates issues as required to appropriate teams for resolution and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution
Manages workload to defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
Handles a wide variety of HR related transactions across multiple channels and platforms
Ensure that all transactions are compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of identified key business processes
Support HR operational projects
Perform audits to determine data anomalies, gaps, or completeness
Participating in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting and integration
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, including 24 months of operating in a shared services center or customer service environment
