Must have worked with and placed almost all Technology consultants such as Java, .Net, Android, iOS, React, Angular, QA, etc
Should identify candidates via employee referral, internal database, etc and should also have a good understanding about our business competitors
Design and implement effective recruiting strategies under pressure
Should be good in employer branding by being the face of the company
Should take care of end to end recruitment and must give attention to details while verifying the selected candidates’ employment documents before hiring
