Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in job posting on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
    • Coordinate candidate communication and follow-up.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    • Co-ordinate with the client for meeting.
    • Calling the client for both colleges and companies.
    • Maintain the tracking database and google sheet.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as filing, Calling, data entry, and documentation.
    • Support in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship experience in Human Resources is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a unpaid HR Internship position with a duration of 45 Days
