Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in job posting on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and follow-up.
- Client Acquisition:
- Co-ordinate with the client for meeting.
- Calling the client for both colleges and companies.
- Maintain the tracking database and google sheet.
- HR Administration:
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as filing, Calling, data entry, and documentation.
- Support in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in Human Resources is a plus.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a unpaid HR Internship position with a duration of 45 Days.
