Description
HR Duties:
- Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Explanation and administration of employee benefits programs along with processing payroll.
- Employee performance, annual compensation reviews, manager and employee development and succession planning.
Recruitment Duties:
- Build talent pipeline of both passive and active applicants.
- Track, monitor and report to ongoing recruiting activities to hiring managers.
- Determines applicant qualifications through interviewing applicants as necessary and verifies references. Refer applicants to hiring managers for interviews when needed.
Office Administration Duties:
- Coordinate office events/outings.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as directed and the administration of office management.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in HR and Office management.
- Understanding of human resources and policies and procedures, and good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills.
- Sound judgment and confidentiality.
- A track record with sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
