Design and oversee HR administration projects at both national and international levels with focus on adapting to regional legal requirements and support change processes
Provide expert guidance and support to management on all aspects of personnel management and international employment law
Develop, refine, and implement HR policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring their practical application
Foster a collaborative and trusting relationship with management and other HR functions
Your Skills and Requirements
A degree in a relevant field, ideally with a specialization in HR and labor law, complemented by a minimum of five years of significant experience as HR Manager in a large organization
Expertise in labor law, coupled with substantial experience in HR project management
A strong affinity for IT and a thorough understanding of digital processes
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a commitment to discretion and reliability
Sustainable, holistic, and agile approach (Lean Management)
Team-focused, proactive, confident, and skilled in communication and social interaction
