Senior-level experience in the review and analysis of the types, grades, and numbers of positions in comparison with functions, other positions, and workload of the organization.
Minimum of 8 years of Federal HR Position Classification experience.
Experience in the official assignment of pay plans, series, and grade, as required by Federal statute.
Experience with establishing Agency Standard Position Descriptions (ASPD), unique position descriptions, position desk audits, classification consistency reviews,
Experience and knowledge of PC-based computers and software experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred.
Knowledge of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) laws, regulations and classification standards.
Skilled in using technical systems that support Federal HR services preferred.
Proficient working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that may be remote and onsite depending on Government Customer needs.
Ability to work successfully on a team and independently, as well as multitask.
