Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and implement Hyperion Planning applications and related processes.
Maintain and enhance existing Hyperion applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment of planning processes.
Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Data Management:
Manage data integration processes between Hyperion and other financial systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all applications and reporting tools.
Documentation & Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hyperion Planning applications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hyperion Planning development.
Proven experience with Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or related tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Hyperion Planning or related technologies.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting processes.
