Roles and responsibilities:
• First screening of end-users’ request(s) to ensure compliance with policies and best practices in force at the Bank and report/challenge/reject, as necessary,
• Handling of end-users and technical teams’ requests related to access management on both Business Applications and IT Systems,
• Handling of all activities related to the Joiner/Leaver/Transfer process (staff movement),
• Management of physical and logical authentication devices (tokens, smartcards, certificates, etc.),
• Security screening of emails: first level of assessment of quarantined emails from a security perspective (spams, viruses, and phishing detection). Release and/or escalation to IT Security function accordingly,
• Handling of the recertification process (regular review of accesses and permissions) on both Business Applications and IT systems in scope,
• Perform ad-hoc checks and controls on request under Team Lead supervision using the identity analytics platform and/or relevant IAM tools,
• Ensure logging and monitoring of IAM activities for traceability purposes,
• Support when required investigations and/or audit activities,
• Provide second level of support for end-users and technical teams within IAM remit,
• Document new procedures/activities/systems on request,
• Perform general testing activities (ex. new go-live, upgrade, patching, etc.),
• Interface with IT Technical Teams in case of incident (raising alerts and ticket, follow-up, testing and closure of the incident),
Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge and practice of Identity Management related activities,
• Advanced knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows Operating systems on both servers and workstations in IAM areas,
• Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization systems (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OneLogin, Remote gateway ex. Juniper gateway, Multi-factors au-thentication MFA, etc.),
• Advanced knowledge of Data Base Management Systems (DBMS) (Sybase ASE & IQ, Ora-cle, MS-SQL, MySQL, etc.),
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience of IAM typical tooling platforms (IGA platforms like SailPoint, Omada, Microsoft MIM, etc.),
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience of Identity Analytics typical tooling platforms (ex. Brainwave, Kleverware and/or other reporting tools, etc.),
• Advanced knowledge of typical banking business application (Swift, KYC, PeopleSoft/SAP, data warehouse, Business Object, Wallstreet suite, etc.) on IAM aspects,
• Advanced knowledge of collaborative and document management platforms (SharePoint on-line, SharePoint on premise, Teams, OpenText Content Server, etc.),
• Advanced knowledge on email and communication systems (MS-Exchange, Skype, etc.) especially on spams and phishing techniques,
• Knowledge in the use and functionalities of a ticketing system,
• Good understanding of Internet and Cloud technologies in the identity management field,
• Knowledge of international IT Security standards (ex. ISO27000 suite),
• Good and concise spoken and written communication,
• Interpersonal skills (proactive, diplomatic, collaborative and positive mindset),
• Fully fluent in English plus good command of another language of the European Union.
