IAM Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Access Management technologies, and a focus on defining approval management processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create current and to-be processes and translate them into solutions options across multiple technologies and best practices. Strong understanding of access management principles and processes is essential.
Responsibilities:
Role Management and workflow Process Definition:
Lead the definition and documentation of role management processes, including role creation, modification, and review procedures.
Work closely with business teams to understand access requirements and translate them into role definitions and entitlements.
Develop comprehensive documentation outlining role and approval management workflows and procedures for implementation.
Business Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather access requirements and understand business processes that drive access needs.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture stakeholder input and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation for technical implementation.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the GIS team, providing guidance on access management best practices and requirements.
Leverage expertise in access management platforms to facilitate discussions around role and workflow management capabilities and configurations.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of existing technologies and features to support role and workflow management processes.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Continuously assess role management processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business and GIS teams to implement process enhancements and automation initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to role and approval management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in Access Management, workflow and role management process definition.
Strong understanding of access control principles and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience with SAP, service now and Saviynt identify governance and administration platform preferred.
Experience with SQL, web based and custom applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into solution options for technical teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Familiarity with Figma
