- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD).
- Experience in Public Cloud IAM Systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Develop and implement IAM strategies and solutions to support organizational security objectives.
- Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on IAM related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze IAM systems' performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and threats in the IAM space.
