  • Administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our global customers in a service team
  • Advising our customers on the specification of central data interfaces in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Configuring cloud applications for Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers such as Amazon, Facebook, Google and Microsoft Azure
  • Ticket-based troubleshooting and problem analysis
  • Implementation of service requests and standard changes

Short checklist of what you bring with you

  • Completed university degree in a computer science subject or comparable qualification
  • Interest and enthusiasm in getting to grips with complex issues surrounding the central user data and access management of corporate IT
  • Very good problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Solid knowledge of databases and directory services
  • Sound awareness of IT security and data protection
  • Ideally knowledge of web technologies and protocols
  • Customer orientation and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
