Job Description

Strong knowledge of STLC phases (Agile & Waterfall) and Testing types.
Work as a member of one of our high performing IIQ development and support Team.
Must be comfortable working closely with technical and business audiences of all levels.
Must be able to apply critical thinking to test edge cases and not just validate happy path scenarios.
Knowledge on Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Mobile Testing, Regression Testing
Ability to define Test Recommendation across multiple projects – Salesforce, Data Integration, Front End Applications
Should have knowledge to provide estimate for QA activities for new projects
Should have worked in Multiple teams environment involving – Development, Project PM, Customer etc.
Should have strong communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem solving abilities, team work
Should have worked on End to End QA activities such as - Test Strategy/Test Plan, Detailed Test Cases, RTM, Test Case Execution, Defect reporting & Management, Test Exit Report, Test Closure Activities, QA Metrics (e.g. Defect leakage to UAT/Prod, Testing Effectiveness etc.)
Strong leadership quality to successfully drive different testing across multiple projects with different QA members

Technology Experience

Hands on Experience on writing SQL queries
Hands on Experience on working on API testing using Postman/SOAP UI

Must Haves

Experience testing SailPoint IIQ application testing would be preferred.
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis within the IIQ Platform.
Single Sign ON & Web Access Management.
Access/Resource Provisioning
Role based access Control
Multi-Factor Authentication
Support the SailPoint IIQ applications which assist in the creation, deletions and modifications of employee accoun
