Job Description

" Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.

" Design, develop and deploy business process applications using IBM BAW (19.x or above)

" Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

" Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards.

" Optimize and enhance existing IBM BAW applications for improved performance and functionality.

" Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project status.

" Strong knowledge of BPMN.

" Knowledge of administrative tasks like server configuration, deployment, and monitoring within the IBM BAW environment.

They need an engineer to leverage BAW to build out applications.

Hands on BAW applications, regulatory/risk related projects, heavily experienced resource.

The project they are working on is the Smart Rewards program which takes on new and existing Client customers.

Communication: they will need to work w/ the product team to gather requirements.

Then develop and deliver on those requirements.

Current team?

There is an FTE engineer and contractors.

Interview: 2 round 1 hour technical.
