IBM Sterling Administrator

IBM Sterling Administrator focused on working with Sterling File Gateway for a leading health insurance provider in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. This role will have onsite requirements in Philadelphia, PA.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience or training.

• Proficiency in Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networks, and file transfer protocols. Experience with IBM's Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and BPML is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.

• Three to five years or more of relevant IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software tools utilized for file transfers, supporting our enterprise file transfer service.

• Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and external business partners to establish, manage, and troubleshoot file transfer connections.

• Develop, maintain, and share technical documentation pertinent to supporting our enterprise file transfer service.
