We are currently looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Contractor to collaborate with our team of full-time employees (FTEs) in our Mexico office. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IAM systems, with a focus on deploying, managing, and optimizing IAM solutions. As an IAM Contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures, and improving our IAM processes in line with our organizational goals.
The Opportunity
- Assist in coordinating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) password resets and changes.
- Support the management of application assignments, activations, and deactivations.
- Help resolve Single Sign-On (SSO) issues involving SAML/OpenID Connect applications and on-premises applications.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving implementation/integration issues related to Okta.
- Aid in the account/safe onboarding and offboarding processes within CyberArk.
- Participate in the secure storage and maintenance of credentials.
- Support adherence to established IAM platform policies and procedures.
- Work alongside the Active Directory management team to ensure integrated identity governance.
- Assist in managing and monitoring scheduled jobs and system maintenance for SailPoint ID Now.
- Help address connectivity errors and understand provisioning protocols such as SCIM.
- Support the management of Azure IAM roles, policies, and privilege management.
- Assist in ensuring the proper assignment and management of user privileged identities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure IAM administration and implementation.
- Respond promptly to critical incidents and ad-hoc requests.
- Facilitate coordination with various stakeholders for ticket-related clarifications and issue resolution.
- Assist the Solidigm Lead and FTEs in periodic status reporting, escalations, approvals, and project management.
- Conduct periodic health checks and monitor audits/logs.
- Recommend and implement data correction activities and system optimizations.
- Maintain documentation for known issues, resolutions, service requests, and SOPs.
- Support interface management between IDAM tools and integrated applications.
- Aid in the remediation of identified vulnerabilities and support system improvements.
- Participate in the initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues in IDAM systems as requested.

What You Need
- Demonstrated experience in managing user authentication and authorization within Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk.
- Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using SailPoint ID Now.
- Strong knowledge of Azure IAM, including roles, policies, and privilege management.
- Proficient in managing both out-of-the-box and customized system functionalities within the IDAM environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with FTEs and external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in IAM technologies such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, and Azure IAM preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in IAM roles, with a strong preference for candidates with prior contractor or consultancy experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
