Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Incident Manager L2 with a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in IT incident management, with a proven track record in Major Incident Management (MIM). The candidate should be adept at driving incident calls and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.

Incident Management:

  • Lead the response to major incidents (MIM) and ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
  • Drive incident calls, providing clear direction and updates to all involved parties.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to troubleshoot incidents.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions in the incident management system.

Root Cause Analysis:

  • Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
