Position: Information Technology Sourcing Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week (1-2 days per week in office)

Languages: Fluent English (C1-C2)

Eligibility: Candidates must be located within the EU with a valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory).

We are seeking a experienced Information Technology Sourcing Manager to join our global team. As part of our´s client technology sourcing team based in Belgium, you will manage a diverse portfolio of technology procurement projects, drive cost savings, and lead complex vendor negotiations.

Required Technical and Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in technology procurement
• Proven track record in managing large global contracts
• Excellent strategic negotiation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage
• Ability to lead and influence peers
• Excellent English language skills
• (Dutch language is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and balance needs between quality, cost, service, and innovation
• Achieve annual target cost reduction and avoidance savings
• Manage a significant portfolio of technology sourcing and contract negotiation opportunities
• Identify and execute savings and innovation opportunities
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx, benchmarking, and category strategy development
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly senior leaders
• Lead vendor contract negotiations
• Perform vendor assessments
• Coordinate with support teams such as finance, vendor management, information security, and legal
• Support the development of a robust and forward-thinking technology sourcing organization
• Stay current with business and technology trends
