Information Technology Team Lead

Qualifications:

1. B.S. in Computer Science preferred / or trade school

2. A+ Preferred

3. Requires a working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), routers and switches.

4. Should be familiar with cabling specifications (Cat5) and multi-mode fiber.

5. Requires solid desktop computing skills including hardware configuration, operating system software (Win10) as well as the MS Office suite of applications.

6. Familiarity with equipment tracking, asset management, QC and inventory control.

7. Must be able to work with multiple large –scale, concurrent projects.

8. Excellent customer service skills.

9. Working knowledge of Service Manager preferred

10. Ability to do technical documentation (Visio, Excel, etc.) as required.

11. Minimum of 2 years related work experience.

12. Must present a professional appearance and be able to communicate effectively.

13. Must have a vehicle to travel site to site for implementation of devices

14. Must be knowledgeable with replacement of devices

15. Must be flexible to work evening or weekends as required.

16. Need to travel to multiple sites per day as needed
