Inside Sales Manager

Prospecting And Lead Generation

 

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects within target industries or markets.
  • Outbound lead generation: Utilize various channels (email, phone calls, social media, etc.) to initiate contact and establish relationships with key decision makers.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Monitor the account-based management program for potential leads & opportunities to engage.

 

Qualification And Pipeline Management

 

  • Engage with prospects for an initial understanding of their pain points and generate confidence that iOPEX can provide compelling solutions. Use an outlined script & value proposition of iOPEX solutions to generate interest.
  • Conduct discovery calls or meetings to gather information and qualify prospects as potential opportunities.
  • Assess the prospect's level of interest and ability to make purchasing decisions.
  • Effectively manage and update prospect data and activities in Customer Relationship Management software.
