  • Thorough understanding of IT Product & Services. 
  • Proficient in mining & managing data through database portals & professional networks. 
  • Generate appointments through activities like cold calls, email campaigns, and professional networking. 
  • Ensure accurate procedures to be followed for cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking activities to generate appointments. 
  • Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads not yet ready for an appointment. 
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM system. 
  • Meet quarterly and yearly targets as assigned. 
  • Maintain a healthy Lead Generation pipeline.

  • Ability to set up appointments proficiently using all inside sales activities.
