JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for overseeing projects, managing resources, procurement, ensuring quality, and achieving customer satisfaction for our products through effective supervision.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accountabilities Major Activities
- Project Cost Control Efficiently managing planned resources and equipment to control project costs. Regular monitoring of project expenses in collaboration with the Manager to prevent cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance Ensuring installation quality through staged checks and final joint quality assessments with TELC & TEI supervisors. Promptly addressing identified quality issues and obtaining timely approvals.
- Safety Ensuring technician health and safety through initial safety induction, toolbox talks, safety meetings, patrols, and recognition programs.
- Customer Satisfaction Coordinating effectively with customers for timely and high-quality installation completion.
- Technical Oversight Generating quality control reports, monitoring shipment schedules, conducting testing and commissioning, and troubleshooting problems with manufacturers.

- Maintenance department for snag-free job handover.

- Vendors for procurement, subcontracting, and manufacturing.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical / Diploma in Engineering Electrical or Mechanical
- Relevant Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in elevator and escalator installation.
Functional Competencies
- Expertise in elevator installation.
- Strong supervisory, team-building, negotiation, and soft skills.
- Effective client management abilities.
