Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop curriculum and training materials for classroom trainings, e-learnings, and job-aids

· Willing to learn Articulate and update Computer Based Training through Articulate Tool’s Storyline or Rise

· Assist in developing training plan

· Assist in administrating LMS (Learning Management System) to track employee training participation and progress.

· Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)

· Update existing classes with new course dates or create a new class to track training conducted.

· Assist in onboarding/off boarding new employees and deploy training as needed while updating the assignment classification spreadsheet.

· Record minutes for Quarterly and Annual system operator training program meetings and Safety Committee Meetings

· Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations for training

 

Required Skills:

· 3+ years of experience developing training material

· Must have Instructional Design experience

· Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or Rise

· Must be willing to do training administrative tasks such as updating training records, taking meeting notes etc.

· Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Ability to facilitate meetings and/or workshops

· Experience working at electric utilities is a plus
