Hybrid. Primarily remote, but will need to come onsite to provide training from time to time.
Location - San Jose, CA
Objective:
- Resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Epic-based training for Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals).
- Resource will train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming implementation of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.
Specific Tasks:
- Develop training plan.
- Develop curriculum.
- Develop eLearning.
- Credentialing of new instructors.
- Provide classroom training of end users.
- Log class completion in HealthLearning.
- Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
- Maintain training environment.
- Write and send monthly communications with end users.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with Epic’s Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
Certifications:
- Epic Cadence Curriculum.
- Epic Training Environment Build.
- Epic Tapestry or strong understanding of referrals (preferred).
