"Skills and Responsibilities:

• Minimum experience 5+ years Align priorities, timelines, and resource requirements, negotiating acceptance and implementation of solutions, ideas, and concepts. The role proactively addresses problems within the scope of responsibility and identifies areas for possible improvements.
• Analytical Thinking, Database Development, Mentoring Staff, Performance Improvements, Prioritization, Process Improvements, Technical Knowledge, Time Management
• Intake Process: manage the end-to-end Big Data technology intake process ensuring all established guidelines, processes and service levels are followed, taking corrective action or escalating issues as appropriate. 
• Quality and Accuracy: review content of each request for quality and accuracy following up to resolve issues and/or escalating discrepancies with internal business partners or external service providers.
• Leading and Influencing Support end-to-end intake management as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment, as well as strong relationships with cross-functional teams in support of intake management.
• Problem Solving: enjoy being presented with problems or issues and working with a team to find innovative solutions.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve analysis, interpretation, and assessment.
