Intune Support-- 2 roles here
- Duration: Contract
- Think the Intune portion of the project will be 12+ Months
- Level 1 and Level 2
- Extremely customer focused
- Phone, e-mail and in person support
- Understanding basic Microsoft and Intune skills
- Most important-- customer support skills
- Telling them how to use their work phone
- Having access to console to do basic configuration/etc.
- 2 years of at least Customer Service/IT/HD/Desktop experience
- Then basics of Microsoft knowledge
- Some Intune would be beneficial
- After onboarded-- MS will be providing training on InTune
- Then will eventually turn into a Helpdesk type of position-- once this is rolled out to all existing users
