E xperience in Identity Management.
User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
Hands-on experience with an IDM or IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint) - Strong Customer Service skills
Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership - Strong Analytical and Research skills
Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining - Strong Automation skills
E.g. Powershell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
o Mainframe and DB2 experience
o Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
o Remote Access management (e.g. RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
o Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
o Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system
• Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
